Is it a sellers market?
Not quite! Sellers will still do very well (after all home values went up 20% or more in the past year) but the market is shifting. The average home will need to be priced appropriately and it likely won't sell "overnight", as we have experienced in 2021. But the change doesn't mean you won't still do great with a sale and besides, that's what I am here for! Call me and let's discuss any concerns you may have as a result of selling.

HOW DO RATES AND INVENTORY AFFECT YOUR BOTTOM LINE?
• Rates are higher than they were but historically speaking, they are still very competitive and buyer's shouldn't be scared of them
• Inventory has picked up some but overall some of our markets are still low; demand has cooled just a bit, but that is also seasonal

WHAT'S YOUR HOME WORTH?
The goal of every seller is to sell for as much as they possibly can.
That's my goal too. With the right steps, we can make that goal a reality.
1) Know what to expect
2) Develop a unique marketing plan for your unique home
3) Find the right human
