THE KEYS TO BUYING WITH LOW INVENTORY
Homes in our market are hot commodities so when you find "the one" you might need to go for it after the first date! After many successful wins for my clients, I have established proven methods that can help you seal the deal in those competitive situations. Here's how:
1. SO IMPORTANT!! Meet with your lender and get pre-approved before ever looking at a home. If you don't, you could risk losing out on your dream home. I have some great relationships with local lenders who can get you approved in less than an hour!
2. After your pre-approval is in place, we will discuss your wants and needs to buying the right home. This step is to get comfortable and know your expectations so that you can be confident & ready to buy.
3. I have several highly effective tools to keep you up to date on the market & new listings. These tools are real time and accurate and along with my assistance, takes a lot of the leg work off your plate.
4. By now, we should have found you "the one" and from here we go through a typical mortgage process (30 days +/-). Between myself, the lender, the title company and a few others we will make your home buying dreams a reality!
