When I first became an agent, I didn't know exactly how I was going to start selling homes but I knew I was going to do whatever it took to do just that. In the beginning, without listings or buyers, connections were really just conversations. Thankfully, I had ears, a brain and a heart. So I listened and I thought and I cared. These conversations were the picture of their real estate goals. So with little experience, the task at hand simply became "what can I do to meet these goals?"
Some people told me to find a niche. But for me, finding that niche was difficult. How could I narrow my focus on just one group when at the end of the day I just want to help people? - - regardless of the size, location or purchase price. Along with my compassion and desire to help, I have developed systems and tactics that are contributing factors to my successful sales history. These factors are being a creative visionary, practicing intelligent real estate and working harder than anyone else.
Several times a year, you will find me dedicating time to various charities and organizations in the community ranging from Special Olympics to Supportive Housing.
